Winter 2008 Special Wine Tastings

We have a range of exciting tastings for the winter season. All the tastings are free. You can taste an exciting selection before you buy, ensuring that you do not waste any money on wines you do not like. We will have an importer or winemaker at all of these Special Tastings. Also new  wines from Mosel and Austria have arrived and  include red, white & rosé. The winemaker, A.Alt, from Austria will be here. 

Italian Selection 15th. & 16th. November

Mosel and Austrian 22nd. & 23rd. November

Rhone & Chateauneuf du Pape 29th. & 30th. November

Champagne, Port & Christmas Wines 6th & 7th, 12th.& 13th. December

Opening times - Saturday 10.00 - 5.30, Sunday 10.00 - 4.00

What ever week-end you visit there are always wines available for tasting and we can advise on Food and Wine combinations.

    WINE TASTING EVENINGS. 

The aim of our WINE TASTINGS is to enhance your enjoyment of wine, to explain why wines made from the same grape can taste so different, to help you choose wines with confidence. 

Tickets need to be reserved in advance as there will only be 15 tickets per evening. The price of the ticket will vary according to the wines being tasted and will include a supper. The tastings will highlight a differant grape or region.
